Prices

All prices are per day and flat. Accommodation, bed linen, heating, water, gas and electricity, cleaning (including cleaning once flat has been vacated) and all fees and taxes are included in price, except the local tax. The amount of local tax is determined by the local deliberation of the community where the accommodation in force at the time of stay (Euro 2,00 per person and day over 14 years).

Minimum stay

For stays of less than five nights, we charge an additional €45.00 for final cleaning.

Payment

You can pay with cash, card or by bank transfer.

Arrival and departure

Holiday flats are ready after 2.30 p.m. on arrival day. On departure day we ask you to vacate the flat by 10 a.m..

Booking

Please take note: booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit of confirmation (booking confirmation) and the sending of booking confirmation.

Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB

There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions:

In the event of cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit will be refunded. If cancellation occurs between 30 days and one week prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained as compensation. For cancellations made during the last week prior to arrival, cancellation fees amount to 50%. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount for the entire booking period is due. Please inform us in good time if you are unable to take your holiday.

Bus stop

The next bus stop is 2 min above the house on Maria Theresienstraße. After a 5 minute flat footpath you will reach the Rottenburger parking lot, from where various buses leave in all directions. The lake bus leaves every hour to Lake Kaltern.

Shopping facilities

The next bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and the centre are within walking distance in a few minutes.
