Chardonnay

SÜDTIROL DOC ALTO ADIGE

Terroir: The „Feld“ area is a small terroir north of the Lake Kaltern basin, at an altitude of about 300 meters above sea-level. This phenomenon results in a pronounced fruitiness in the glass which is enhanced by fresh tannins.

„Art is not the bread,
but the wine of life“

Winemaker and painter

Every winter, the calm time of the year, the pruning shears are sometimes exchanged for the painting brush. Georg, the winemaker, then brings to the canvas the impressions gained and experiences made the year through. Sometimes the paintings created in silence, can be admired on our Magnum bottles the following year.
